The Starlink we purchased is fantastic when we’re camped in the middle of nowhere - who would have thought there would be affordable and fast internet coverage in remote Australia. Outstanding customer service and professionalism. Had an electrical fault in our caravan which was tripping a circuit. This was covered by warranty as it is a newish van. Matt diagnosed the issue, organised the warranty process with the caravan manufacturer and arranged the repair.
